How long can the Qwiek.up stay on continuously?

Technically, there is no time limit on how long the Qwiek.up can remain switched on. You can use the device for as long as you like without it being harmful to the system.

During use, it is quite normal for the housing of the Qwiek.up to feel warm to the touch. This is nothing to worry about; the device is designed to withstand this heat.

The Qwiek.up features a built-in safety mechanism. If the ambient temperature is too high, causing the internal temperature to rise excessively, the device will automatically switch itself off.

Please note: Do you suspect that the device is getting too hot (for example, on a very hot summer day or if the ventilation openings are blocked)? As a precaution, switch off the Qwiek.up preventively and allow it to cool down for a while.

However, we do advise using the Qwiek.up as an intervention tool rather than as a constant background element.
