The issue is caused by incorrect Bluetooth settings. Fortunately, you can easily resolve this problem by 'forgetting' the Qwiek.snooze v1 in your Bluetooth settings. Follow these four steps to do so:

Step 1: Go to Settings on your tablet or smartphone and search for 'Bluetooth'.
