The Qwiek.snooze is not responding anymore, and the red light stays on.
Safety Mode
The Qwiek.snooze features a Safety Mode that is activated when it becomes too hot. If the snooze is at risk of becoming overheated, it automatically switches to Safety Mode. In this mode, it stops responding and a red light illuminates. This lasts for approximately 5 minutes, after which the snooze checks again to ensure the temperature is safe. If it is, the snooze resumes normal operation.
The Qwiek.snooze remains in Safety Mode.
If your Qwiek.snooze remains in Safety Mode for more than 30 minutes without automatically restarting, you can try unplugging the snooze from the power outlet and then plugging it back in. If the snooze goes back into Safety Mode after that, it could indicate a problem with the electronics or external factors preventing the Qwiek.snooze from cooling down. In this case, it is recommended to create a ticket through the Jackbot located at the bottom right of this page under the chat icon.
