To access the serial number of the Qwiek.melody, simply open the light grey flap located on the top of the cabinet at the back of the device. This will also open the front flap of the cabinet. Inside the flap, you will find the serial number, which consists of the letters 'QM' followed by 12 digits. Remember to securely close the light grey flap on top of the cabinet to ensure it is watertight again.
