General
There are important instructions for use. Please read these safety instructions/manual (supplied) carefully before using the Qwiek.snooze v1.- Before plugging the device into the power outlet, also check the voltage (220v) of the device. You can find this information on the label of the supplied power adapter.
- In case of a defect, contact Qwiek immediately to obtain replacement parts.
- The Qwiek.snooze v1 is designed to always be on and therefore does not have a button to put it on standby or turn it off. To completely turn off the Qwiek.snooze v1, you need to unplug it from the power outlet.
Caution! Only use the cables and power adapter provided with the Qwiek.snooze v1.
Placement
- Position the Qwiek.snooze v1 on the mattress so that the top edge of the Qwiek.snooze v1 aligns with the top of the mattress.
- Place the client's pillow on the Qwiek.snooze v1 in a way that the control panel of the Qwiek.snooze v1 remains visible.
Privacy and Security
- If the Qwiek.snooze v1 is visibly or physically damaged, it is important to immediately unplug it from the power outlet. Continued use of the Qwiek.snooze v1 in such conditions is at your own risk.
- The Qwiek.snooze v1 conducts measurements during use to provide insights into "sleep quality". Movements and sound levels are recorded by four sensors.
- Data is stored only on the Qwiek.snooze v1 and converted into patterns that describe "sleep quality". These insights can be viewed through the Qwiek.snooze v1 app.
- To ensure user privacy, the Qwiek.snooze v1 never collects personal data. The data collected by the four sensors is only linked to the unique serial number of the product. This serial number is never associated with a specific user at Qwiek.
- In order to display "sleep quality" insights in the Qwiek.snooze v1 app, Qwiek uses a secure connection to exchange data between the Qwiek.snooze v1 and the app.
