      Safety instructions and technical specifications for the Qwiek.snooze.

      This document provides you with safety instructions and technical specifications for the Qwiek.snooze.

      General

      QU-technische specificaties handleiding

      • There are important instructions for use. Please carefully read these provided safety instructions/manual before using the Qwiek.snooze.
      • Before plugging the Qwiek.snooze into the power outlet, check the voltage (230v) of the Qwiek.snooze. You can find this information on the label of the included power adapter.
      • The Qwiek.snooze is designed to always be on and therefore does not have a button to put it on standby or turn it off. To completely turn off the Qwiek.snooze, you need to unplug it from the power outlet.
      • The material of the Qwiek.snooze is flexible. It slightly "bends" to the shape of your pillow when you lie on it, increasing user comfort. Note: this flexibility is limited. The Qwiek.snooze is not meant to be bent into a different shape, such as folding it in half. Doing so will permanently damage your Qwiek.snooze.

      Caution! Only use the provided cables and power adapter for the Qwiek.snooze. Using a different adapter can cause damage to the Qwiek.snooze and make it unsafe to use. If there is any defect or damage to your Qwiek.snooze, please contact Qwiek so that we can determine the necessary steps to repair it.

      Placement

      • Position the Qwiek.snooze underneath your pillow on the mattress. Make sure that the control panel of the Qwiek.snooze extends beside the pillow, allowing you to press the buttons without lifting the pillow.
      • The Qwiek.snooze is not designed to be used without a pillow.
      • To prevent the Qwiek.snooze cable from getting in the way, you can tuck it under the mattress. However, be cautious to avoid trapping the cable when adjusting the bed height or making other movements. This can cause damage to the cable or the Qwiek.snooze.
      • To prevent the Qwiek.snooze from shifting during the night, you can also place it under the fitted sheet.
      • Do not place the Qwiek.snooze in a damp environment, such as a bathroom. This can lead to electrical short circuits.

      Usage

      When using the buttons on the Qwiek.snooze, you will receive visible and audible signals. If this is not happening, please check if the power is properly connected or visit www.qwiek.eu/use-my-snooze for further assistance.

      The Qwiek.snooze displays error messages through a red light. You can find more information about these error messages and how to resolve them at www.qwiek.eu/use-my-snooze.

      Caution! The volume may sound louder for the person lying on the pillow compared to someone standing next to the bed. Prolonged exposure to high volume levels can cause damage to your hearing.

      Safety and Privacy

      • If the Qwiek.snooze is visibly or physically damaged, you should immediately unplug it from the power outlet. Continued use of the Qwiek.snooze is at your own risk.
      • To ensure privacy, the Qwiek.snooze never collects personal data. Usage data and error logs do not contain any personal information and are only associated with the serial number of the Qwiek.snooze. This serial number is never linked to an individual at Qwiek.
