Schedule a family appointment for a video call. In order for the family to participate in the call, they will need a conversation code. This code is the serial number of the Qwiek.up. The conversation code is unique to each Qwiek.up and does not change. The family can use this code every time to connect.

Step 1: Download the informative email for your family.

Step 2: Verify the serial number of your Qwiek.up
Take a moment to verify the serial number of your Qwiek.up. You can find this unique identifier on the inside of the left leg of your Qwiek.up device.
Step 3: Replace the text in the informative email for your family
Replace the text [conversation code] in the email with the serial number of your Qwiek.up. The serial number starts with 'QU' and is followed by 12 digits.

Step 4: Send the email to your family
Copy the text and paste it into a new email, then send it to your family.
