Warning

• Skin conditions: Do not use the device on damaged skin, such as open wounds, rashes, inflammations, or (risk of) pressure sores.

• Stop immediately: Discontinue use immediately if the user feels uncomfortable, dizzy, or nauseous.

• Charging: Do not use the device while it is charging. Disconnect the charger before use.

• Check for damage: Check the device and cables for physical damage before each use. Discontinue use immediately if a defect is found.

Warranty & Service

Qwiek B.V. guarantees that this product is free from material and manufacturing defects for a period of two (2) years from the original purchase date. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from commercial, unreasonable, or incorrect use, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by unauthorized repair attempts. For questions, service, or support, contact the supplier. Do not attempt to repair the device yourself.

Environmental Information & Disposal

This product should not be disposed of as normal household waste at the end of its life. The symbol of the crossed-out waste bin (WEEE) indicates that the product must be collected separately as electrical and electronic waste. This product contains a built-in, rechargeable Lithium-ion battery that cannot be removed by the user. Do not attempt to remove the battery yourself. To protect the environment and preserve valuable raw materials, please hand in the complete product at a designated collection point in your municipality. You can also return the product to the supplier when purchasing a new, similar product. This ensures you have the correct, secure version. We also recommend that you always install updates for the app and your phone immediately. These contain not only new features but also important security improvements. You'll receive updates for the Qwiek.embrace itself via the app; just follow the on-screen instructions. When you connect the Qwiek.embrace to Wi-Fi, use a trusted and secure network. We advise against using public, unsecured Wi-Fi networks.
