The Qwiek.snooze features a reset button. This button allows you to erase all settings and data, or restore the device to its factory settings.

Deleting Data
Do you want to delete all settings on the Qwiek.snooze, such as WiFi, name, and connected devices? You can use the reset button on the Qwiek.snooze for this purpose.
Step 1: Remove the Qwiek.snooze from its cover.
The reset button is located at the back of the Qwiek.snooze. In order to access it, you need to remove the cover of the Qwiek.snooze.
Step 2: Press the reset button
Use an object with a narrow tip, such as a paperclip or pen, to press the reset button. The indicator light will flash orange when the reset button is pressed. Keep the button pressed for 10 seconds until the light remains orange.
Step 3: Release the button
After holding the button for 10 seconds, let go of it. This will prompt the Qwiek.snooze to erase the stored settings.
Resetting to Factory Settings
If you are experiencing any issues with your Qwiek.snooze, you can reset it to its factory settings. This will erase all settings and restore it to the software version it had when you first purchased it.
Step 1: Press and hold the reset button for 20 seconds
Follow the steps mentioned above, but make sure to press and hold the reset button for 20 seconds. After that, the indicator light will turn red. The Qwiek.snooze will automatically restart.
Step 2: Further usage
After resetting the Qwiek.snooze to factory settings, it is possible that some new functionalities may be missing. To be able to use these functionalities, you need to install the latest software update.
