In this article, we will explain how to create a personalized experience module for the Qwiek.up.
To enhance the Qwiek.up experience for your client, you can create a personalized module with their own photos, music, and videos. To do this, you will need a USB stick where you can store the desired files. Once you have prepared the USB stick, simply insert it into the USB port of the Qwiek.up, just like you would with regular modules. The files will then be automatically played.
We recommend using a blank USB stick for this purpose. In this article, we also explain how to "empty" the USB stick if necessary.

More detailed information about the supported file types can be found here.

Here's an example of how the files should be organized on your USB stick:
Step 6: Wait for the process to complete
Wait for the copying process to complete. The duration may vary depending on the file sizes, your computer's speed, and the type of USB stick you are using.
Step 7: Safely Remove the USB Stick
Make sure that all file transfers are completed and close any file explorer windows that are accessing the USB stick. Then, right-click on the USB stick icon in your system tray (located at the bottom right of your computer screen) and select 'Safely Remove Hardware' or 'Eject'. Wait for it to be safe to remove the USB stick.
Step 8: Safely remove the USB stick
Carefully remove the USB stick from the USB port.
You now have a USB stick with files on it! You can insert this USB stick into the Qwiek.up to play your own videos, photos, or music.
My Qwiek.up is not playing the files, what should I do?
You have correctly placed the files on the USB stick, but the Qwiek.up is not playing them and displays an error message stating that the USB stick is not recognized?
The most likely cause of this issue is the file format of your USB stick. You can easily resolve this by properly formatting the USB stick. You can find instructions for formatting here.
